Happy Holidays!

Dear educators,

December is here! It is such an exciting time of the year, but also a busy one! In the spirit of the holidays, we have a few gifts for you.

The first gift: We created letters you can share with your students. These letters are filled with fun learning resources they can explore while on winter break. Simply click the links below and hit "print."

The second gift: A tip for buffering stress in the classroom from our partner, the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Healthy Minds, may prove useful during this crazy time of the school year.

Happy Holidays!

Buffer Stress in the Classroom
From the Center for Healthy Minds

We love that our friends at the UW-Madison Center for Healthy Minds provide tools for less stress and more kindness, like their free mindfulness-based Kindness Curriculum. Here is a suggestion for lowering stress you can try today:

Tip: Intentionally Notice
Every day, pick a few students and see if you can notice something new about them. Be curious. It might be where they sit, a phrase they are using, etc. You may be able to do this silently or you might want to ask a few questions. Allow yourself to be surprised and learn something new.

Follow our Facebook page for more tips to de-stress this week.
