WOMEN DRIVING CHANGE IN KATHMANDU  
USAID Instagram highlights Winrock impact 

The project ended 12 years ago. The entrepreneurs it created are still going strong. Come for a ride with Maya Ghalan, one of Nepal’s first female safa tempo drivers, as she pilots her three-wheeled electric minibus through the chaotic streets of Kathmandu. Ghalan is where she is today because of a Winrock project that helped women own and drive these vehicles.
