Emergency Rent Relief for Student Vets
DVS and the Department of Social Services teamed up to provide student veterans at over 80 NYC colleges and universities with information on how to seek out emergency rent relief for any student vet experiencing delays with their GI Bill benefits. Learn more here.

Citi Bike Discounts for Service Members & Veterans
On Veterans Day, Citi Bike, DVS, and the NYC Department of Transportation announced a $35 membership discount for veterans and military personnel. Active military personnel, reservists and veterans can obtain the discount by clicking here to upload their information.

Annual Veterans Day Mayor's Breakfast
DVS kicked off Veterans' Day with our annual Mayor's Breakfast at Gracie Mansion, with our very own Tanya Thomas singing the national anthem .
