Lessons in Leadership

This week, the Virtual Museum is highlighting stories of leadership from USS Constitution's history. This includes recent leaders, such as Commander Lewin C. Wright, who served as USS Constitution's first (and currently only) Black commanding officer from 2003 - 2005. Learn about CDR Wright on our website. Just last year, USS Constitution welcomed Lieutenant Christina Carson, the first female Operations Officer in command history. Lt. Carson recently talked with Museum staff about her experience in the Navy and thoughts on leadership. Read more on our blog.
