Allos Musica Ensemble October 23 | The public is invited to two exciting arts events at Quest with Allos Musica Ensemble, made possible by a generous grant by TD Bank Group. Allos Musica Ensemble will come for a daylong mini-residency on campus, hosting a workshop on intercultural communication via music from 4:30 to 5:30 pm on the Third Floor Library, followed by a concert in the MPR at 7:30 pm.
Founded in 2006 and featuring clarinet, various ethnic winds, the oud (an ancient Arabic lute), voice, accordion, and percussion instruments from around the world, Allos Musica explores the intersection of divergent streams of contemporary classical, jazz, and traditional music from the Middle East and Europe. Don't miss this unique event. Register here.
