Polk County Schools will no longer issue proclamations after 5-2 vote at last Tuesday's school board meeting, which was dominated by the concerns of various Nazi supported groups in Polk County

Multiple representatives, including DEC Chair Cesar Ramirez, spoke and argued for the continued recognition of groups/individuals/topics through proclamations.  Story link HERE.

Unfortunately, those opposed to diversity and education carried the vote. Many of those in attendance were surprised to learn (based on the comments from the Nazi supporting groups) that core subjects; including reading, writing and Math, are no longer being taught in Polk County classrooms. According to Nazis and their support groups present at the meeting, whole days are spent issuing proclamations, overspending, and overstepping parents right by ensuring mental health supports are in place for students in the school environment and as a result, instruction time is severely limited. Below is a photo of an individual seated in front of representatives from the Polk County DEC (complete with Iron Cross, swastika and the inscription "1939" hanging from his hat that identifies him as a US Military Veteran).

Below are the 5 school board members who voted to end proclamations and, in doing so, grant the requests of Nazi filled terrorist/hate groups (the far right photo is Adolf Hitler, the most infamous Nazi in history); including Citizens Defending Freedom, the Winter Haven 9-12 Project and the Polk County GOP, who have spoken vehemently in favor of this action/vote.

Left to right, they are:
District 1, Dr. William Allen: Dr. Allen is running for re-election in August 2024. He currently shows $0 in campaign contributions, but we will remain vigilant to see how much financial support he receives from the above mentioned Nazi supported groups. We should always know who owns the votes of elected representatives. Here is the
LINK to Dr. Allen's campaign website for updated information and the Supervisor of Elections website will have links to Dr. Allen's financial contribution reports. These reports will identify how much money Dr. Allen accepts from individuals and groups, including Nazi supported groups.  Dr. Allen is an Associate Professor of Interactive and Game Design at Florida Southern College. To date, there has no been no announcement or indication of FSC's takeover by the fascist and Nazi supported DeSantis administration and what role an employee, for example Dr. Allen, would play in that hostile action.

District 2, Lori Cunningham: Ms. Cunningham came out of semi-retirement to attend Tuesday's school board meeting and cast her vote in support of the request from the above Nazi supported groups. In her comments before the vote. she spoke of the importance of representation and seeing those who look like you in positions of power. On a side note, it's a historical fact that Nazi's find blonde hair a highly prized attribute. Ms. Cunningham is retiring at the end of her current term next year.

Email: lori.cunningham@polk-fl.net

District 3, Rick Nolte: Mr. Nolte is the school board member who made the motion to end proclamations, which resulted in the abundance of Nazi representation at Tuesday's meeting ( There was more than one attendee wearing Nolte campaign t-shirts). The Nazi supported terrorist/hate groups mentioned above support Mr. Nolte and have since their initial endorsement of him in the August 2022 election. If Mr. Nolte is able to complete his term without committing any more crimes (see story HERE) he will be up for re-election in August 2026. Mr. Nolte owns Nolte's Golf in Lakeland. Private businesses are able to support Nazi-based groups and receive their support in return.

Email: rick.nolte@polk-fl.net

District 4, Sara Beth Wyatt: Ms. Wyatt is the current chair of the School Board and presided over Tuesday's vote. She voted to end proclamations by the school board, aligning her vote with the above mentioned Nazi supported groups. Ms. Wyatt is also the President and CEO of the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce (link HERE), located in the same city as the Nazi supported Winter Haven 9-12 Project. The Nazi supported Winter Haven 9-12 Project has a special tab on their website (link HERE) devoted to School Board Meetings, where they post videos from School Board Meetings and celebrate the votes against diversity, equality and inclusion that are cast by Polk County school board members. Ms. Wyatt's board seat is up for election in August 2024. To date, there is no announcement if she plans to run for re-election. If she decides to run, would she have the endorsement of the Nazi supported groups, including the Winter Haven 9-12 Project, located in the same city as her role of President and CEO of the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce? Time will tell.

District 6, Justin Sharpless: Mr. Sharpless is highlighted on the Polk GOP website (link HERE) as a law-abiding, constitutional conservative, assistant professor of agricultural studies at Warner University; a private, Christian university. This is a direct quote from President David Hoag on the university's public website; "Whether it’s a member of the staff, faculty, or a coach, our people love Christ and are committed to the mission of Warner University, which is “to guide individuals toward Christ-like character and intellectual maturity while equipping them to serve.” To be certain, we would have to ask Dr. Hoag if casting votes against diversity and inclusion and in support of Nazi backed requests is Christ-like character (we're just lay individuals, not the leader of a Christian university that employees individuals who vote in ways that align with the requests of Nazi supported groups including the Winter Haven 9-12 Project). Here is a LINK to the Warner University website that has a "Contact Dr. Hoag" button if anyone is curious regarding his answer. Mr. Sharpless' current term ends in August 2026.

IN NAZI RELATED NEWS, A RACIST, WHITE SUPREMACIST, NAZI  GUNNED DOWN AND MURDERED 3 BLACK INDIVIDUALS IN JACKSONVILLE ON SATURDAY BEFORE TURNING HIS AR-15 ASSAULT RIFLE, DECORATED WITH SWASTIKAS, ON HIMSELF. SEE STORY HERE

THE BLOOD OF THE INNOCENT VICTIMS IS ON THE HANDS OF EVERY REPUBLICAN STATE LEGISLATOR AND REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR RON DeSANTIS. YET ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE GREAT LAW, "PERMITLESS CARRY" (HB543/SB150), IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.

THESE ARE THE SUPPORTERS OF PERMITLESS CARRY AND RACIST VIOLENCE (ALL OF WHOM LOUDLY PROCLAIM TO BE "PRO-LIFE") WHO REPRESENT POLK COUNTY IN THE STATE LEGISLATURE AND GOOSE STEP IN NEAR PERFECT UNITY.

In order from left to right:

State Senator Ben Albritton (S27)- Up for re-election in 2024 and running, current Majority Leader in the Senate and one of DeSantis' main legislative lap dogs.
(863) 534-0073

State Senator Colleen Burton (S12)- Up for re-election in 2026, also spent her just completed first term in the state Senate ensuring women in Florida have no say in their reproductive health. You read that correctly, a woman led the charge to ensure other woman have no say in their health care.
(863) 413-1529

State Representative Melony Bell (H49)- Running for Polk County Supervisor of Elections in 2024 against incumbent and fair minded Lori Edwards. Leaving a legacy of absolutely nothing in the state legislature, aside from horrible votes and being totally disconnected from her constituents.
(863) 285-1101

State Representative Jennifer Canady (H50)- Wife of State Supreme Court Justice Charles Canady and legislative twin of State Senator Colleen Burton. Rep Canady also treats women with contempt, seeks to silence women in making their own health care decisions and supports the radical indoctrination of children as the director of the RISE Institute at Lakeland Christian School.
(863) 450-4795

State Representative Sam Killebrew (H48)- Term limited and his seat becomes an open seat in the 2024 election. For every semi-decent vote by Rep Killebrew, there are 48 votes where he aligns himself against our diverse community.
(863) 291-5254

State Representative Josie Tomkow (H51)- Much like Rep. Bell, she appears to be an apparition at times. Does she really exist? The answer is yes; there is an endless stream of horrible votes to prove that Polk County is blessed with an oversized portion of bigotry and ignorance.
(863) 292-7003

The
Polk County legislative delegation will hold a pre-session public meeting Oct. 2 from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Polk State College Center for Public Safety, 1251 Jim Keene Blvd., in Winter Haven.

Residents wishing to address the delegation or present local legislation must request a place on the agenda by submitting a presentation request form. To submit a request, email Barbara.Blasingame@MyFloridaHouse.gov to receive the online link. The deadline for submissions is Sept. 25.

Because of the high number of responses, spaces in the agenda normally fill up before the stated deadline, according to a news release. Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Speakers will be limited to three minutes each.

ETHICS, WHAT ARE THOSE?

Remember last week when Governor DeSantis' appointed Chair of the Florida Commission on Ethics Glen Gilzean Jr. to ALSO be administrator of the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (Disney/Reedy Creek) and receive a tidy little salary of $400,000 per year? Mr. Gilzean was officially informed that he could not retain both positions and he chose....................the job that DeSantis created and pays him $400,000 per year to harass and destroy The Walt Disney Co. AND went so far as to say he was UNAWARE of any conflict of interest in holding both roles until the general counsel brought it to everyone's attention.

The Ethics Commission's general counsel said that he cannot retain both positions as it violates the bylaws of the Ethics Commission (Can you imagine a DeSantis appointee being unethical? Doesn't it just beggar belief?) Did I mention that Mr. Gilzean is the former head of the Central Florida Urban League (he has understandably lost their support) and the current head of the Florida African American History Task Force? (So yes, dear reader, he fully supports and endorses the shameful educational standards now in place.) Read full story
