Ontario Medical Foundation Virtual Gala

It’s not too late to register for the Ontario Medical Foundation Virtual Gala. This event is free, with encouragement to donate funds to the Ontario Medical Foundation. All funds raised will support student bursary and physician benevolence funds, which will provide them with life-changing support during times of need. A full tax receipt will be provided for any donation amount made for this event.

Through the Green is Health MIG, the Ontario Medical Association is teaming up with Dr. Courtney Howard on Sept. 17 to discuss the implications of climate change on health, patients, and your practice.

Dr. Howard is an Emergency physician from Yellowknife, and an internationally renowned expert on Climate Change and Health. She has worked with Doctors Without Borders, held TEDx talks, and is currently running for the leadership of the Green Party. She is the first female board-elected president of CAPE (Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment). Register to attend her talk, and to ask her your questions and answers.
