Join this NETA Webinar to learn about the different ways public media stations connect with SRL to meet youth engagement and outreach goals. Participants will find out how to tap into SRL’s newest projects and hear from station leaders about how they incorporate youth media initiatives into their work. This interactive session will also provide an opportunity for stations to reconnect and brainstorm about best practices for reaching tweens and teens.
Participants will learn how to:
- Leverage media making resources to engage middle and high school educators and students
- Incorporate student-centered media and journalism to advance youth engagement goals
- Support media literacy, civic engagement, and elevating youth voice
- Stay connected with SRL to work with local educators and schools
