As of May 1st, the northern Kenyan conservation COVID collaboration, spearheaded by Community Health Africa Trust, Grevy’s Zebra Trust, and Ewaso Lions, has:

Raised more than $50,000 with an ongoing crowdfunding campaign

Equipped all of CHAT’s community healthcare workers with proper PPE equipment, thermometers, and official COVID 19 propotocl training

Reached 11,355 community members living in some of northern Kenya’s most underserved places with essential COVID information as well as soap and COVID-safe handwashing containers.
