City Winery Philadelphia unveiled its official schedule of concerts featuring a mix of national and local acts performing in the heart of Philadelphia, and the new Fashion District on Filbert Street and 10th street. The highly anticipated opening of the first urban winery, restaurant, and concert venue in Philadelphia will kick off with its first live show on September 30th. City Winery strives to support the local music, comedy, and art scene in Philadelphia. As many of you know, Michelle Bauer, Owner of Nex Level Fitness has been very busy this month traveling, and speaking to women around the country about becoming a female entrepreneur. It is Michelle’s goal to empower, and inspire women around her. Recently, Michelle spoke to an audience in San Diego about her journey as a mother, wife, grandmother, coach, and business owner. She compared running her company to raising a family, and explained that it is essential to put the same, “passion, nurture, and investment” in your company for it to be successful. In preparation, there will be a series of training days to get your legs moving before the big day! On September 7th there will be a Dietz & Watson Philadelphia Half Marathon Kick Off Training Run. This will also be the last opportunity for runners and fans to participate in painting the Marathon Mural.
