EU ETS – Last call before the doors close on the negotiations for the post-2020 reform
With the ongoing negociations, I4CEEnerdata and IFPEN  are publishing an analysis of Parliament and Council proposals on this EU ETS reform for its Phase IV (2021-2030). The main conclusion is that their proposals for reform will not be enough to make the EU ETS the driver of decarbonisation in industry and energy sectors over its Phase IV. The full report will be published by the end of September.
I4CE will present its results on September 20th at the ICIS Carbon Seminar in Berlin and on September 27th in Carbon Pulse : How to survive and thrive in carbon markets » in London.
