Townhouse Fire in Kingwood Area

Firefighters arrived on scene to find a large 3-story abandoned townhouse on fire and made a defensive attack. Two mutual aid tankers were requested from Aldine and Porter. A primary search was completed of the un-burned portion. The fire was extinguished and the safety officer noted a collapse around the building that had occurred. Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. Firefighters from Stations 64, 102, 103 and 30 responded to this incident.
