Townhome Fire in The Alief Area

The cause was ruled as accidental by HFD Arson investigators.
|
|
|
Firefighters arrived on scene with a report of people trapped and heavy fire coming from a 2-story townhome. The occupants had safely made it outside the residence. Crews began an attack on the fire and ventilated the roof. A nearby townhome also suffered some damage. The majority of the fire was in the garage and spread into the attic. The fire was extinguished and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Firefighters from Stations 78, 10, 51, 69, 73, 75, 76, 83, 37, 57 and Rehab responded to this incident.
