CAUSE:
Unintentional - Electrical
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Firefighters arrived on scene with a fire in the wall of a restaurant. The fire was moving into the plenum space, in the kitchen, behind a large food warmer which had been plugged into the wall outlet. It appeared the wiring leading to the outlet failed and caused a fire inside the wall, igniting a plywood backing inside the wall. The fire was quickly contained.  The restaurant personnel were advised to contact an electrician before turning the power back on, and health inspectors were also requested. Crews from Stations 17 and 7 responded to this incident.
