Restaurant Fire in El Dorado / Oates Prairie Area

Firefighters arrived on scene to find a fire contained within the hood system of a large commercial indoor barbeque grill. The grill system as well as the ventilation hood on the roof were in excess of 600 degrees. Crews thoroughly soaked the hood and entire duct work up to the roof to extinguish the fire. Firefighters from Stations 45, 41 and 30 responded to this incident.
