Firefighters, police, military, other first responders, and elected officials will join runners from around the Houston area at the eighth annual Travis Manion Foundation 9/11 Heroes Run, Tomorrow, September 8, 2018, starting at 7:30 a.m.
The 5K race will be held in downtown Houston, beginning at City Hall, and will include members from various branches of the military, HFD, HPD and other runners who have chosen to commemorate 9/11 by honoring the fallen.
Proceeds from the race will benefit the Travis Manion Foundation, Assist the Officer, Houston Professional Firefighters Association and Operation Lone Star - Texans Supporting Our Troops.
