HFD Firefighters will compete in an obstacle fitness challenge versus Houston Police Officers during the Third Annual Normal To Be Fit® Expo and Education Day.

Expo will be open from 1p.m. to 5 p.m.

Tina Chandler and Carl Ducena created this event to bring about awareness to those living with disabilities (and everyone) to offer education and information on how to get and stay in shape. This event is free and open to the public.
