Houston Fire Station 69 reopening ceremony and ribbon cutting with remarks by Council Member Greg Travis, District G and Fire Chief Samuel Peña

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Fire Chief Samuel Peña and Council Member Greg Travis, and members of the local community will welcome firefighters back to their newly renovated fire station, followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Fire Station 69 underwent major renovations from July 2016 - March 2017 with a portion of the crews staying onsite in temporary buildings. 

The massive renovation was made possible by the City's General Services in House Design Group and a $1.3 million Capital Improvement Plant allocation.
