Firefighters arrived on scene with smoke and fire coming from a 1-story home. They began an offensive attack and conducted a primary search. The hidden spaces in the walls and ceiling were exposed to extinguish the remaining fire. The cause of the fire was from faulty wiring that energized the metal carport and ignited exciting into the attic area. Crews from Stations 15, 31, 34, 58, 67 and 30 responded to this incident.
