Firefighters arrived on scene and found fire inside a wall at the rear of the home. They made an offensive attack on the fire and pulled the paneling to extinguish the fire in the wall cavity. A small amount of drywall was removed from the ceiling to check for extension into the attic. A primary search was completed and the home was ventilated. The home owner stated that they inadvertently sprayed water into an exterior outlet when power-washing the home and noticed smoke coming from an interior outlet. The owner was advised to have an electrician cut the power to the wall as soon as possible. Crews from stations 77, 5, 49 and 50 responded to this incident.
