Firefighters arrived on location and made sure everyone was out of the home. They began an attack on the fire and declared it a defensive attack. The fire was declared under control at 3:25 a.m. and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. Firefighters helped to salvage and overhaul the home and the American Red Cross was contacted to assist the residents. Crews from Stations 39, 19, 45, 12, 27 and 30 responded to this incident.
