3100 block of Burkett St, 77004
INJURIES:
No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED:
$9 thousand in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE:
$1 thousand in estimated damage.
CAUSE:
HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as incendiary.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Firefighters arrived on scene to find a small fire coming from a vacant one-story boarded up home. They made an offensive attack on the fire and conducted a primary search. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Firefighters from Stations 7, 23, 8, 25 and 18 responded to this incident.
