House Fire in Greater Inwood Area

The cause is under investigation by HFD Arson investigators

Firefighters arrived on scene to find a house heavily involved with fire and declared a defensive attack on the fire. After most of the fire was extinguished and a nearby exposure was protected, crews went into the house to finish the extinguishment. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Firefighters from Stations 31, 13, 57, 50 and 30 responded to this incident. There was a small rekindle at about 10 a.m. which was quickly extinguished.
