House Fire in Greater Fifth Ward Area

HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental.
|
|
|
Firefighters arrived on scene to find a house totally involved with fire. The two houses on either side were also exposed to the fire. Crews worked to control the fire and transported on civilian to the hospital. The American Red Cross was requested to assist the residents and the fire was declared under control within 40 minutes. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Firefighters from Stations 12, 15, 19, 8, 9, 17, 27, 6 and 30 responded to this incident.
