House Fire in Greater Eastwood Area

The cause is under investigation by HFD Arson investigators

|
Firefighters arrived on scene to find fire coming from the second floor of a 2-story home. They made an attack on the fire and ventilated the house. A primary search was completed and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. The fire was extinguished and one firefighter was transported to the hospital with a knee injury after falling through the floor. Crews from Stations 23, 8, 20, 18, 25, 40, 30 and Rescue 42 responded to this incident.
