Firefighters arrived on scene to find smoke coming from the attic space of a vacant one-story home and began an offensive attack on the fire. The fire was in the corner of the attic. There was no other fire spread. Centerpoint arrived and cut power to the residence and HFD Arson investigators determined that an overheated exhaust fan in the bathroom caused the fire. Firefighters from Stations 80, 68, 48, 59, 82, 51 and 24 responded to this incident.
