Firefighters arrived on scene with fire and heavy smoke coming from a 1-story vacant house. The home was being remodeled. The fire damaged two rooms and the exterior back walls and attic. A primary search was completed and firefighters prevented spread to a nearby church. Crews from Stations 15, 19, 12, 34, 39, 17 and 57 responded to this incident.
