House Fire in East Houston

Firefighters arrived on scene with light smoke coming from a house and began an offensive attack. A primary search was completed and a propane tank was removed from the home. The fire was extinguished and the occupants were given contact information for the American Red Cross. A camp stove was being used to heat water when the hose burned through and caught the kitchen cabinets on fire. Crews from Stations 15, 45, 32, 43, 56 and 30 responded to this incident.
