Firefighters arrived on scene with no smoke or fire showing, however found light smoke inside the home. The fire was located and was contained to a power strip. It was quickly extinguished and the utilities were secured. They used a fan to help ventilate the smoke from the home and conducted overhaul. Damage was confined to the power strip and carpet, with smoke damage to the entire room and part of the home. Firefighters from Station 77 responded to this incident.
