The crew of Engine 57 found smoke in an exercise room of a 4-story hotel. They knocked out the wall and found no extension of fire. The fire appeared to have began on the exterior wall and had been extinguished by the hotel personnel prior to HFDs arrival. Hotel staff shut the power off to the room. The crew of Ladder 78 used a fan to clear the smoke from the room and Station 57s crew cleared the debris from the room and checked the wiring in the walls for heat.
