Fire Chief Samuel Peña will welcome teams and rescuers from Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, Spain and the United States to the International Technical Rescue Conference (ITREC).

The week-long 2017 ITREC will feature lectures from experts including members of the HFD Rescue Team at the hotel. Scenarios on basic trauma support, fast rescue and complex rescues will be held at the HFD Training Academy.
