Houston Fire Chief Sam Pena will present HFD’s equipment and training needs to the Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee. Chief Pena will address the departments current fleet limitations for swift water rescue allocation. Pena would like to thank Councilwoman Brenda Stardig for her acknowledgement of the department’s asset and resource needs.
