At the hazmat drill, response teams with AT&T and the Houston Fire Department Hazardous Material Response Team will don full personal protective equipment designed for a hazmat incident (Level A hazmat suits). Emergency responders will perform drills that will test the emergency response plans for both AT&T and the city of Houston.
