|
Firefighters arrived on scene to find light smoke coming from the steeple of a church. The fire was contained to the steeple area and extinguished. A lightning strike had blown off a cross that had been on the steeple and caught the wood frame on fire. Firefighters covered the area with plastic before clearing the scene. Crews from Stations 7, 46 and 33 responded to the incident.
