Apartment High-rise Fire in Greater Heights Area

HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental
|
|
|
Firefighters arrived on scene to find a fire on the 4th floor of an apartment high-rise building. A small fire was found in one unit and extinguished by the building's sprinkler system. One citizen suffered from burns and at least two others had minor injuries and were transported to the hospital. Building management was on site and assisted the residents. HFD inspectors and Arson investigators were requested to the scene. Crews from Stations 4, 11, 25, 31, 67, 30, 6, 8, 19, 9, 12, 13, 15, 38, 62, 16, 7, 24, and Rehab responded to this incident.
