Apartment Fire in The Mid West Area

Firefighters arrived on scene with smoke coming from the rear of a 1-story home and began an offenisve attack. They forced entry through a locked gate and found trash burning the in the back yard. The fire was tapped out and crews worked to ventilate the structure with fans. Crews from Stations 28, 68, 2, 3, 37, 51 and 57 responded to this incident.
