Apartment Fire in South Main Area

Firefighters arrived on scene to find a fire coming from the laundry room of an apartment complex. After they extinguished the fire it was determined that a dryer had caught on fire. No extension was found. The utilities were shut off and the apartment maintenance personnel were notified. Crews from Stations 21, 46 and 24 responded to this incident.
