HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental.
|
|
|
Firefighters arrived on scene with light smoke coming from an upstairs apartment. They opened the wall around the door and found smoke in the chase. Upon further investigation they found charring and embers at the base place moving to the exterior. They opened the exterior siding and found additional charring down the porch deck. Charing was found inside the porch was as well with multiple discarded cigarettes in the area. Firefighters from Station 23 responded to this incident.
