Apartment Fire in NW Houston

Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 5:08 a.m.

3500 W Little York Rd., Houston Texas  77091
 
INJURIES:
No injuries reported     
DAMAGE:
Estimated $35,000 in structural damage.
CAUSE:

The cause of fire is currently under investigation

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
HFD units arrived to an apartment fire with heavy smoke coming from a 2nd floor window.  Firefighters knocked the fire down from the outside before beginning an interior attack and primary search of the building.  No one was found.  The fire was quickly extinguished.   The occupant was outside prior to HFD unit’s arrival.  Arson was dispatched to this incident.  Red Cross was requested for displaced families affected by the fire.  The fire was deemed under control and tapped out at 6:49 a.m.  7 HFD Units responded to this incident.
