Firefighters arrived on scene and reported a working fire with light smoke from an apartment complex. They began an offensive attack on the fire which was located in a first-floor apartment unit. A primary and secondary were completed with no one found. The fire was brought under control with no extension beyond the apartment of origin. Crews from Stations 2, 69, 5, 28, 51, 60, 28, and 57 responded to this incident.
