Apartment Fire in Greater Greenspoint Area

Firefighters arrived on scene with light smoke coming from a second-floor apartment unit. Upon entry the crews encountered moderate smoke and located the fire. The fire was quickly extinguished and a primary search was conducted. A dog was found and treated by firefighters with oxygen and recovered. No extension was found in the other units and crews helped to remove the smoke from the apartment. Firefighters from Stations 31, 64, 58, 74, 84 and 67 responded to this incident.
