Apartment Fire in Briar Forest Area of Southwest Houston

The crew of Engine 69 arrived on scene and discovered a small fire inside a HVAC equipment closet that extended into the attic space. The fire was quickly controlled with no additional extension. The apartment of origin and unit below it received some water damage and the power was shut off to both units.
