Firefighters arrived on scene with a fire and light smoke coming from an apartment unit. The fire was found in a dryer located in a laundry room on a second floor porch. The crews extinguished the fire and conducted a primary search. The dryer was pulled outside and the wires and clothes inside were burned. Several occupants reported small electrical fires recently and addressed concerns about the electrical wiring in the building. Crews from Stations 48, 59, 68, and 82 responded to this incident.
