Apartment Fire in Brays Oaks Area

Firefighters arrived on scene with fire coming from a center first-floor apartment unit and extending to the second floor. Crews worked to stop the spread of the fire and conduct a primary search. The fire was extinguished. The resident was alerted to the fire by a smoke detector and proceeded to notify his neighbors of the fire. Firefighters from Stations 2, 59, 68, 51, 82, 76 and 57 responded to this incident.
