The cause was ruled as incendiary by HFD Arson investigators.

|
Firefighters arrived on scene with light smoke coming from a first-floor apartment unit of a 2-story building. All the occupants were safely outside. A small amount of fire was found in a bathroom closet. Firefighters used a pressurized water extinguisher to extinguish the fire and opened the surrounding walls and ceiling to check for extension. Crews from Stations 4 and 67 responded to this incident. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause due to conflicting stories.
