HFD responded to an apartment fire in NW Houston at 12:31 a.m. The fire was upgraded to a 2-11 at 12:54 a.m. for manpower. No injuries were reported. The fire was deemed under control and tapped out at 1:48 a.m. Arson was dispatched to this incident.
