February 23, 2018
Just 5 days remaining until the February 28th deadline for the 2018 Ideas for Action Competition! As you finalize your submissions, please be sure to review all of the resources available to you - including our best practices video, application instructions, and blog. Your ideas will shape the future of sustainable development, and we want to help you in every way we can. Best of luck to all of you, and we cant wait to see your ideas and how they will change our world for the better.

This week's updates:
  • I4A in the Democratic Republic of the Congo: As you may have noticed on our live Tableau Heat Map from last week's newsletter, the DRC has become the second most active country in the competition and may challenge Nigeria for the top spot by the time the competition closes. Please see our write-up in English and French on the inspiring collaborations between young innovators and the government of the DRC.
  • Last Chance to Review the Competition Best Practices Video: This is your last chance to check out our new best practices video - offering invaluable tips on how to achieve maximum impact in the I4A competition and beyond. Ned Shell, former Bain & Company management consultant and current Harvard Business School and Kennedy School graduate student, guides you to fine tune your ideas and reach your full potential.
