Member of AntAC Board Anastasia Krasnosilska leaves the organization to participate in the parliamentary elections

Anastasia Krasnosilska, Member of the Board of the AntAC, who also led the advocacy work of the organization, entered the electoral list of the political party and plans to participate in the parliamentary elections.

On May 31, 2019, Anastasia left AntAC Board, and in early June she ceased her cooperation with the organization as the head of advocacy.

In February this year, Oleksandra Ustinova also left the Board. Recently, it became known that Oleksandra joined one of the parties and will take part in the elections.

The AntAC hopes to continue effective cooperation with both experts in advancing the anti-corruption agenda in the Parliament. We wish former colleagues success in the new realm and new extraordinary achievements!

The AntAC is equidistant from all political players. We do not engage in agitation and do not promote any political force or individual politicians. More details

Justice Agenda: the activists will announce demands to the next Parliament
On Tuesday, June 18, at 12:00 at the Ukraine Crisis Media Center (2 Khreshchatyk street), activists of more than ten civil society organizations will announce the reforms agenda for the new Parliament. These reforms are needed for the establishment of real, not declarative justice in Ukraine.
The CSOs will call on the parties that run for the Parliament to support the Justice Agenda.
We invite you to attend the event. No registration is needed. Simultaneous interpretation into English will be provided.
Where are the verdicts for Handziuk's murderers?
After the prosecution concluded plea deals with the performers of the crime, who in return got weak sentences, on June 9, the activists came to the Prosecutor's Office to ask once again: "Where are the verdicts for Katia's murderers?". None of the instigators is brought to accountability.
The activists left a reminder under the windows of the PGO. It was soon cleaned up, so the activists had to renew it.

Next week the Parliament is expected to consider the report of the Parliament's Temporary Investigative Commission that does parliamentarian oversight over criminal investigations into Katia's murder and other attacks. The intermediate report was presented in February. We call on the Parliament not to delay presentation and approval of the report.
Activists call on members of national delegations to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to keep pressure against Russia
Though Moscow hasn't implemented any of the resolutions of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe regarding Crimea, Donbas, human rights, Kremlin's hostages and others, Russia is about to return to the Assembly on its own conditions.

Human rights defenders and the civil society are convinced – any discussion on such possible return should begin by Western countries only with the demand to immediately liberate all Kremlin's hostages.

We call on all MPs - members of national delegations to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe during the next plenary session of the Assembly on June 24-28 not to abolish the current sanctions mechanism and to keep pressure against Russia.

Otherwise, the decision on returning Russia to the Assembly in complete neglect by it of the requirements of this organization would be a huge a blow to Council of Europe's values and moral principles. More details
