PHASE I: EARLY CHILDHOOD
& K-12 (P-12) DATA WAREHOUSE
For the month of September, Peggy Feldmann and Peter Hadeed from DB Driven were on Saipan to map the data elements and valid values from the Head Start/Early Head Start Program and K-12 data systems to the Ed-Fi standard. This is a critical step in the development of the P-12 Data Warehouse because our data stewards were on hand to verify and approve the mapping as part of our quality assurance step.
The P-12 Data Warehouse will manage, analyze, disaggregate, and use individual student data to help educators, policy-makers, researchers, and the public understand what works for students and how to use resources more efficiently.
