Holiday order deadlines and cut-offs.

Between the year-end obligations, shopping for gifts, and the frigid cold, it’s easy to lose track of stuff you ought to do before the holiday break begins. That’s why we’ve created a list of order cut-offs so you’re most likely to receive your package before December 24th! Thanks to a revamped production line we have more leeway than past years, including quick turnaround with pad printed cassettes.

Something to note right off the bat: these are not guarantees. Unless you’re ordering for pick-up in Toronto, we’re all the mercy of shipping companies, and delays are more common the closer to Christmas. You can also request rush turnaround and pick-up in Toronto before December 24th to guarantee your order, otherwise we’ll be recommending an early order, expedited shipping across the board, and a sacrificial lamb to appease the shipping gods.

Please remember that production only begins when all audio and print-ready artwork is received, along with 50% of payment. Rush orders must be paid in full. Orders will not be shipped until full payment.

Cassette Duplication

The timeframe is already a little tight when it comes to cassette duplication, so you will need to place a 10-day rush order by this Monday December 6th. Moreover, you’ll want to add UPS Expedited or UPS Overnight shipping to ensure delivery. If you’d prefer to pick up your order at the Toronto office, please mention it in the ‘notes’ section of your order!

We should be able to accommodate all packaging options except for UV print, which will only be shipped after the holiday break.

Blank Cassettes and Other Online Store Products

Turntime for blank cassettes is relatively quick, about 5 business days. As such, you can order blank cassettes up to December 16th, paired with UPS Express or UPS Express Saver shipping. Same goes with most shop products that don’t involve custom printing. Most pages give a sense of a turntime, and you can always ask a sales rep using the chat widget found on the bottom-right corner of the online store.

Mixtapes are traditionally awesome gifts for friends and loved ones. There are a ton of holiday-themed glitter shells available for those feeling extra seasonal (like the Red/Blue/Green/Gold Glitter shell pictured above), and even random colour packs of c60 and c90 blank cassettes. Order early and give yourself more time to home dub!

CD Replication

Professional CD pressing is another service that’s currently cutting it a little close. Using our order page, please request a shipment date of December 16th the latest. Paired with UPS Expedited or UPS Overnight, chances are you’ll be receiving your CDs before the break, and then you’ll have some great stocking stuffers to gift!

CD Duplication

If you’re DJ’ing or performing at a holiday party you’ll want people to remember your name, so what better way than a promotional CD? We offer affordable and quick CD duplication for you to grow your name and brand, with impressive disc print and durable packaging. Standard turnaround time is possible with orders placed before December 9th, but as always we recommend pairing with UPS Expedited or Overnight shipping.
